happiness is simple
Kudos to my friend Andy for sharing this article with me. It talks about how:
- increased income doesn’t increase happiness after a certain income level is reached
- smaller scale economies can self-balance to prevent huge disparities in wealth
- simple agriculture is better for production and the environment
- technology can keep localized communities connected
I don’t agree with everything, but it is definitely worth a read.
